Ebuka Onunkwo Condoles Chief Linus Udoji (Oloye) Over Mother's demise
- As The Prestigious Philanthropic Club, Men Of Honour, Pay Tribute To Late Madam Rita Nwaobuaku Udoji Aged 94.
The frontline APGA aspirant for the Anambra South Senatorial by-election, HRM, Dr Ebuka Onunkwo, yesterday 15th May 2025, joined other members of the prestigious Philanthropic Club, Men of Honour, to pay tribute to late Madam Rita Nwaobuaku Udoji (fondly called Ojidiemenwa), mother of their fellow member, Chief Linus Udoji (Oloye).
The solemn occasion, held at the Udoji family compound, drew friends, associates, and well-wishers who came to honour a woman remembered for her warmth, wisdom, and enduring legacy within her community.
Chief Dr. Ebuka Onunkwo, who has consistently shown deep commitment to both philanthropy and community development, expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, describing Madam Udoji who died at the ripe age of 94 years as a mother whose life embodied grace, resilience, and the values of unity.
“In a time like this, we must rally around our brothers and sisters. Madam Udoji’s legacy lives on through the impact she had on her family and community,” he said while consoling Chief Udoji and other members of the grieving family.
The Men of Honour, a distinguished association committed to spreading joy and making a positive difference in the society, stood in unity during the condolence visit, reaffirming their principle of mutual support. Members recalled how the deceased had always encouraged moral values and togetherness, ideals that resonate deeply with the club’s mission. Their presence served as both a tribute and a testament to the enduring strength of solidarity during moments of grief.
Other dignitaries at the burial event include the mayor of Ekwusigo Local Government, Hon Chimezie Obi, Chief Ignatius Nnubia, and several others.
