Anambra Media Community honours Late Senator Ubah with Candle Night

The media community in Anambra State in conjunction with friends and well wishers have concluded arrangements to hold a candlelight procession in honour of Sen Ifeanyi Ubah.

The procession according to Hon Kamen Chuks Ogbonna, Special Adviser to Sen Ifeanyi Ubah on Media and Strategic Communications and Dr Francis Okoye, Dirrector, Contact and Mobilization for the program, would hold at Emmaus House field, in Awka South LGA of the state.

The candlelight procession is in honour of Sen Ubah who while alive contributed significantly to the growth and practice of the media profession in Anambra State in particular and Nigeria in general.

The program which was billed to commence by 4.00pm on Saturday, November 16, would end by 8.00pm.

All the members of the media community as well as friends and well wishers of Sen Ubah are expected to put on black outfit during the procession.
