COMPASSIONATE GOD
Everyone who really recognises God knows that He is not a spiritual-being, and cannot behave like the spiritual-beings developing on earth in human earth-bodies; the earthmen.
Out of His extended radiation, in the words "Let there be Light", the Spiritual-realm came into existence. Then from the volitions of the prime spiritual-beings in it and activities of the substantiate-beings the world of matter evolved.
The evolution of the world of matter enabled the unconscious spirit-germs in the Spiritual-realm with urge for consciousness be cast out to incarnate on earth into the bodies of the most noble animals with thinking faculties to be able to develop to self-conscious spiritual personalities.
God weaved His will into His work which expresses itself as natural laws. These laws guide everything He created. They operate with the highest precision and with a speed that varies from plane to plane downwards from Spiritual-realm to the world of matter. Fastest speed at the first plane of the spiritual realm, slowing down at every plane downwards till slowest on earth of the last and coarsest plane of coarse gross matter. The proximity to the Divine realm determines the rate of speeding.
The suffering of everyone who goes against the Will of God are established in the laws so also the joy of those who obey it. The way out of the suffering is also established in the laws for one who recognises that he is the cause of it and changes or starts changing. Therein lies the compassion of God.
God is compassionate, merciful and forgiving in how His laws operate. His laws are His will. He is omniscience, omnipresence and omnipotent in His laws or through His laws.
His concern for the suffering, the misfortune and the needs of the people are in the laws. In them are His sympathy, empathy and altruism.
The laws mete out love and justice to everyone for one's own benefits, growth and maturing. The laws meet everyone's needs, relieve everyone's suffering and makes every struggle joyous & joyful provided you obey them. One can say that anyone that consciously experiences the laws is relieved of his sufferings and provided of his needs, that is compassion.
The laws release to one what one sowed in abundance, that is love. Do not deviate from yielding same thing as one sowed or put into creation, that is also justice.
Once the effects of the laws are fully experienced they are obliterated for one i.e. once one experiences his deeds they will no longer be remembered for one, that is mercy too, complete forgiveness unless the person sowed more evils while experiencing the deeds.
In the laws also is grace and patience.
The grace in the laws is that everyone benefit abundantly from what in abundance comes back to him from what he sowed. If evil, it could be diverted and quenched if one is pure, reaped symbolically or in full depending on the degree of change in one after he sowed the seeds.
The patience in the laws is the delayed return or harvesting of what one did or what one sowed i.e. delay in releasing to one what he sowed to reap.
The extent or length of patience differ from realm to realm. Patience increases downwards from the spiritual-realm to the world of matter. It appears non existence in spiritual-realm, everything done there reacts almost instantly on the doer, the gap is not noticeable. In the Divine realm no gap at all, will and deed occurs simultaneously.
The gap starts showing in the material world. It increases as one goes downwards from ethereal matter to the earth. That is why it is said on earth that He is long enduring. Also the length of endurance starts reducing as one ascends back to the Spiritual-realm after passing on.
God is not like developing human-spirits in earth-bodies i.e. like earthmen. Compassion may or may not arise in earthman as he experiences with other earthmen. It is difficult on earth for one not conscious of the Will of God to experience together with others their suffering, struggling or meeting up needs.
