In a remarkable show of solidarity and goodwill, all the All Progressives Congress (APC) Ward and local government Women Leaders from Nnewi South Local Government Area led by Mrs Ify Ojiego paid a special courtesy visit to Prince Dr. Nicholas Ukachukwu today.


The women leaders, who were warmly received, expressed their appreciation for Ikukuoma’s unwavering support for the party and his continuous efforts in empowering women in the local government. They highlighted the importance of unity, collaboration, and strong leadership in achieving greater goals and beyond.


In his response, Ikukuoma thanked the women leaders for their visit and pledged his continued support for their efforts. He praisetheir dedication to grassroots mobilization and emphasized the vital role women play in political and community development. Ikukuoma also reassured them of his commitment to championing initiatives that will further uplift the women of Nnewi South and create more opportunities for their growth and advancement.

Ambassador Chukwuebuka David Onuorah, has urged all sons and daughters of the town living in cities and overseas to return home this Christmas. Speaking yesterday, Tuesday November 18, at his Country Home in Enugwu-Agidi, Onuorah said the community is now very safe because of the strong security system put in place.
