Prominent members of the Anambra community residing in Port Harcourt and Aba have formally pledged their steadfast support for the re-election of Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, commending his transformative leadership and developmental achievements in Anambra State.

The endorsement followed a strategic tour of three landmark projects recently completed under the Soludo administration, the newly constructed Government House, Governor’s Lodge, and the innovative Solution Fun City, all located in Awka, the state capital.

Leading the delegation, Hon. Azubuike Okoye, a former lawmaker and political mobilizer currently serving with the Anambra Local Government Service Commission, praised Governor Soludo for what he described as “visionary and pragmatic leadership that has redefined governance in Anambra.”

“Governor Soludo is doing a marvelous job, especially with projects like the Solution Fun City and the long-abandoned Government House, now completed under his watch,” Hon. Okoye stated. “His legacy as a former Central Bank Governor and the inventor of the Agu Nechemba security model shows his capacity to tackle complex challenges with innovation.”

Hon. Okoye further emphasized that Soludo’s track record has earned him broad-based trust across the state and among Ndi Anambra living outside its borders. “His re-election is not only desirable but critical to sustaining the ongoing development momentum,” he added.

Also voicing their support, Dr. Onyedikachi Njoku, a senior bank official, and Chief Odinaka Udeze (Ogbuefi Nwakaibeya), Treasurer General of the I79 Anambra Towns Indigenes in Aba, jointly described Governor Soludo as “an institution” with a proven capacity to deliver sustainable progress. “We are proud of his historic and monumental milestones,” they said, vowing to rally widespread support for his second term bid.

In their separate remarks, the President-General of Ndi Anambra in Aba, Mr. Emma Nwabado, and Ide Ifeanyi Okechukwu expressed their admiration for the governor’s performance, particularly in infrastructure and urban renewal.

“Having toured various projects in Anambra, we can confidently say Governor Soludo’s accomplishments stand tall compared to what we have seen elsewhere. Ndi Anambra have every reason to return him for a second term,” said Mr. Nwagbado.

The delegation further pledged to mobilize grassroots support across Port Harcourt, Aba, and other diaspora communities, citing the governor’s inclusive leadership and his enduring connection with Ndi Anambra both at home and abroad.
