Based at B O Ezeokafor Place, Stadium Street, Agba, Ekwulobia, Anambra State, Nigeria, we strive to combat misinformation by producing high-quality, unbiased journalism and publishing impactful content on governance, social justice, and development.

 Our mission extends beyond media to foster a positive attitude, advance a sustainable green economy, promote peace and conflict resolution, and empower individuals of all ages through chess education.

Through strategic partnerships with organizations like the Media Foundation for West Africa, Nigerian Chess Federation, and West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP), we train thousands annually in media literacy, host chess tournaments, and facilitate peace-building dialogues. Committed to non-violence and environmental stewardship, we engage communities across Nigeria with initiatives like tree planting and well-being workshops.

At a charged meeting of the Nimo National Executive Council on Saturday, held at the Nimo Town Development Union (NTDU) Town Hall, members rallied to defend 13 prominent citizens, including the President General, Engr. Dan Zeelunjo Anakpe, who were branded as “unknown gunmen,” members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and terrorists in a petition sent to authorities in Abuja. Anambra Police Arrest Man for Mother’s Murder, Foil Suicide Attempt in Ekwulobia

Ekwulobia, Anambra State – A 49-year-old man, Nnamdi Anyaji, was arrested by police in Ekwulobia on April 11, 2025, for the brutal murder of his 68-year-old mother, Mrs. Dorathy Anyaji. The incident, which occurred at their residence in Amudo Village, stemmed from a heated dispute over profits from a cassava business, with Nnamdi accusing his mother of dishonesty. Police recovered an axe at the scene, believed to be the murder weapon. According to the Anambra State Police Command, operatives from the Ekwulobia Divisional Police Station responded to the scene at approximately 1:40 p.m. after Nnamdi attempted to take his own life following the killing. He is now in custody, under close watch to prevent further suicide attempts, and will face court charges upon completion of the investigation. Nimo General Hospital Board Inaugurated as Catholic Diocese of Awka Resumes Management

Paulinus Chukwuemeka Ezeokafor, inaugurated the new board of Nimo General Hospital in Njikoka Local Government Area, Anambra State, marking a pivotal step in revitalizing the healthcare facility. The ceremony, held at the hospital premises, included the handover of N35,730,817 to the board, representing the balance of a prior government donation plus accrued interest. Bishop Ezeokafor reaffirmed the diocese’s commitment to restoring the hospital’s functionality for the benefit of the Nimo community. In his address, Bishop Ezeokafor outlined the hospital’s history under the diocese’s management, which began in 2012 during the administration of former Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi.
