Gozie Okeke, Izundu, UbahNation Media, Ikemba Front, others storm the burial of Mrs Anthonia Ogonna Onwusika

  The who's who in the political sphere as well as the media and gospel world were present at Isu Ebii village, Oba, Anambra State recently to pay their last respect to Late Mrs Anthonia Ogonna Onwusika.  Among those in attendance were Gozie Okeke, a renown gospel singer who described Late Anthonia as a virtuous woman who dedicated her life to the service of God and humanity.  There were also members of the Ubah Nation Media who came in their numbers to commiserate with the children of the deceased especially Sandra Onwusika, led by Honourable Kamen Chuks Ogbonna.  In his condolence message, Hon Chuks prayed God to give the bereaved the fortitude to bear their loss and keep them united in love even as they continue the good legacy of service to God and humanity their late mum left behind.  The Ikemba Front group, another formidable support group of Late Senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah were well represented too and paid their last respects. Anambra Media Community honours Late Senator Ubah with Candle Night

  From Isaac Ojo The media community in Anambra State in conjunction with friends and well wishers have concluded arrangements to hold a candlelight procession in honour of Sen Ifeanyi Ubah. The procession according to Hon Kamen Chuks Ogbonna, Special Adviser to Sen Ifeanyi Ubah on Media and Strategic Communications and Dr Francis Okoye, Dirrector, Contact and Mobilization for the program, would hold at Emmaus House field, in Awka South LGA of the state. The candlelight procession is in honour of Sen Ubah who while alive contributed significantly to the growth and practice of the media profession in Anambra State in particular and Nigeria in general. The program which was billed to commence by 4.00pm on Saturday, November 16, would end by 8.00pm. All the members of the media community as well as friends and well wishers of Sen Ubah are expected to put on black outfit during the procession.
